When the nature of the vacancy requires a more focussed approach in order to attract specific skills or experience we may recommend a managed advertised campaign.

All applicants responding to your campaign will be acknowledged. Our consultants conduct extensive discussions and face to face interviews with prospective candidates in order to complete a shortlist of the most suitable within agreed timescales. Our shortlist is accompanied by an assessment of the candidate's specific compatibility for the role.
After facilitating meetings for you, we debrief with candidates and yourselves giving feedback. We complete our assignment by ensuring offers to successful candidates are in line with expectations and assist with the process through resignation, notice periods and the commencement of their employment with your organisation.
