You are likely to have gained a minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HR or recruitment role and have a highly customer-focused approach. You will have strong communication and business development skills and the sensitivity and analytical ability to grasp candidate and client requirements accurately, both in interviews and briefing sessions. Results driven, you will relish the challenge of finding exactly the right opportunity, or exactly the right person for a wide range of private and public sector roles. Your operating style will reflect our culture, which is hallmarked by ownership, openness and flexibility.
