Each method of resourcing has merit and a number of factors will influence our recommendation. In order to be able to ensure we recommend the most appropriate resourcing method, the first stage in our service is to develop a resourcing strategy.
Developing The Resourcing Strategy
A fundamental part of the resourcing strategy is that we meet with individuals within your organisation who will have selection responsibilities. From these discussions we will then develop a detailed specification that covers:
- Organisation brief covering company history, structure, culture and values, product range, financial performance and future business plans
- Role specifications that outline key accountabilities and where possible performance measurement outcomes together with parameters on scope and future opportunities
- Person requirements in terms of required levels of knowledge, skill and experience together with any behavioural competencies
- Salary and benefit guidelines
This information would then enable us to make recommendations for the most appropriate methods of recruitment, Database Search, Managed Advertising or Executive Search and will form the basis for future discussions with candidates.
