HRi is a specialist HR recruitment consultancy. Our expertise lies in assisting HR professionals with career moves on a permanent, contract, interim or temporary basis.

What we do

We assist the career moves of HR professionals with varying experience levels from first level professional to board director. On behalf of our clients we recruit for the whole range of disciplines from generalist HR to specialist activities such as Resourcing, Reward and Benefits, Training and Employee Relations, Talent Management, Organisational Design and Development, Management Development and Training.

Should you wish, prior to starting your job search, you can telephone us for a one to one confidential discussion about your aspirations and a realistic view on the current market place in your preferred geographical location or discipline. Once you have decided to proceed we will ask you to provide us with a CV, or we can provide you with a format with which to produce one.

Alternatively you can register your details with us confidentially now on-line, or simply forward us your CV. Wherever possible we will then arrange for you to meet with one of our consultants at a mutually suitable location.

Given that we operate a national database, unless we are working on a retained basis for a client, a face to face meeting may not be immediately practical (although we always prefer it!). Under those circumstances, especially if we do not have any suitable opportunities immediately available for you, we may seek further information over the telephone.
