Industry Background: Varied - After University Becci spent time working at Interbrew for Stella On-Trade, then moved into Business Development and Operations/Coaching for Regus UK. After leaving Regus she headed a new role at BGP Ltd which was a development programme for Owner-Managers. Taking the business knowledge from BGP Ltd, she then ventured out and started her own NVQ Assessing and Training business specialising in employment issues, people management and customer services and now of course delighted to be a part of the HRi team.

Most Passionate About: Travel and books! If you loose me in an airport I'll be in the bookshop.

Favourite Movies: This list might be long as I love movies! You've got Mail, Blindside, Save the Last Dance, Bucket List, My Best Friends Wedding, Crossroads, P.S. I love you, the obligatory 3 (Pretty Woman, Grease, Dirty Dancing) - so many - I must get out more!

Favourite Food: I have a strange aversion to hot and cold foods they can't mix and they can't touch each other. I have different favourite foods depending on the day but anything spicy - definitely not roast dinners!!

One thing in the world to change: Cruelty to children and lack of respect. That's two but I couldn't choose between them.
