Directions by car:

Exit M1 at junction 11 and take A505 to Luton. Go through 2 sets of traffic lights, 2nd exit at roundabout, straight over next set of lights, straight over mini roundabout then at the next set of lights turn right onto Kinsgway. Straight over at traffic lights then take the 2nd exit at roundabout onto Larporte Way, take first left, go through barrier and turn right we are the last building in the right hand corner.
