Carole Bodell
Industry Background: With 25 years recruitment consultancy experience with one of the world’s largest specialist staffing services companies, Carole founded HRi in the UK in 2000 as a joint venture with Vedior, who then merged with Randstad in 2008. Carole has recruited HR professionals, at all levels, on behalf of a broad range of businesses from FTSE top 100 companies to SME’s. She has worked extensively with both the private and public sectors.
Most passionate about: Honesty, Justice, Customer Service, Chickenshed and Johnny Depp.
Favourite Movies/Books: My Fair Lady, Breakfast at Tiffanys, Chocolat and Pretty Woman. Books - The Time Travellers Wife and The Elegance of the Hedgehog.
Favourite Food: Anything at Le Caprice. Joe Allens Chilli Con Carne.
One thing in the world to change: So many I can't pick one, but for starters - dishonesty, poor service, and people who eat hot pasties on public transport.
