This method of recruitment is most appropriate when the skill set and profile of the individual is very specific and candidates are unlikely to respond to an advertised campaign. We would implement a research programme at your request and a list of relevant prospective sources would be compiled jointly with agreed deadlines for presentation of a shortlist.
Candidates would then be contacted confidentially about the prospective opportunity and meetings would be arranged with our consultants to investigate further and establish their interest in a career move to your organisation.
Once genuine interest is established extensive interviewing by our consultants will produce the shortlist of most suitable candidates. After facilitating meetings for you, we debrief with candidates and yourselves giving feedback. We complete our assignment by ensuring offers to successful candidates are in line with expectations and assist with the process through resignation, notice periods and the commencement of their employment with your organisation.
