Industry Background: Having over five years experience as a practitioner in HR, Karen has now been in specialist HR recruitment with HRi since September 2000. Within her role Karen has responsibility for the Business Support team, IT systems, HR, Marketing and Health & Safety.

Most passionate about: My family/friends and football.

Favourite Movies: I don't really have a favourite, and I enjoy a very different mix! But films I could watch again and again are: Braveheart, Robin Hood, King Arthur, Beaches, Dirty Dancing and of course Pretty Woman.

Favourite Food: Anything chocolate.

One thing in the world to change: Making a weekend fours days instead of two.
